Rakesh Jha – Director & Group Editor

Rakesh Jha brings extensive expertise in various domains, encompassing sales, marketing (both online and offline), business development, operations, administration, and journalism. Prior to his role at Playzone Media Management Pvt Ltd, Rakesh served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sharp N India, a company based in Noida that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of gifts, accessories, stationery, and garments. Before his tenure at Sharp N India, Rakesh pursued a career in journalism for over 17 years, contributing to both print and web media platforms. He has worked with renowned national newspapers such as The Times of India, Hindustan Times, Deccan Chronicle, The Statesman, as well as the official website of the Indian Premier League — www.iplt20.com.

Biswajit Sahoo – Director & COO

Biswajit Sahoo is a seasoned professional in management and communication, boasting rich expertise in project, content, and knowledge management. With a niche in digital communications, media handling, and innovative initiatives, he excels in content creation, planning, and seamless execution. His forte lies in stakeholder relations, client engagement, tailored capacity building, and corporate communications. Known for fostering relationships, adept people management, creative visualization, and conflict resolution, he is skilled in project planning across diverse sectors. Specializing in project development, knowledge and strategy management, social development, and digital media consultancy, his expertise spans content services in various forms, from news to electronic and print media, and encompassing public relations.

Mukesh Kumar – Director & CMO

With over 20 years of corporate experience spanning various industries such as banking, NBFC, and fintech, Mukesh Kumar brings a wealth of expertise to the table. In the early stages of his career, he successfully managed portfolios for renowned institutions like Standard Chartered Bank, American Express, and Home Credit in the banking and NBFC sectors. Additionally, Mukesh played a pivotal role in driving business development, sales, and marketing strategies for prominent fintech companies including PayNearby, Vidcom, and RNFI, primarily operating in North and East India. Apart from his strong sales acumen, Mukesh possesses comprehensive knowledge across offline and online business domains. He thrives on continuous learning and embraces new challenges with enthusiasm. Mukesh holds an MBA in Business Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University, and a Post Graduate degree in Political Science, which have greatly contributed to his success in the corporate world.

Himanshu Tripathi – Director & CTO

With over 15 years of extensive expertise in the IT industry, including web and mobile applications, Himanshu Tripathi serves as the head of IT operations at Playzone Media Management Pvt Ltd. In his role, he effectively strategizes, organizes, and executes the company’s technical initiatives, oversees production releases and rollouts, delegates tasks to the appropriate staff members, and delivers comprehensive presentations on project progress and outcomes. Himanshu holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application from Manipal University and embarked on his professional journey as a Web Developer, gaining valuable experience while collaborating with numerous multinational corporations. His unwavering passion for technology, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial drive, motivated him to establish his own venture early on in his career.

Medha Pathak – Director & HR Head

Medha Pathak is a driven professional, wielding a master’s from SIBM, honing her expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship. Her academic arsenal includes a BBA, specializing in Information Technology from SICSR Pune. Armed with this formidable education, she ventured into the professional realm, contributing her skills during a year-long tenure at Amazon India as a CS-Associate.
